We collaborated with NACC Vending, a local vending machine business based in Richmond Hill. Over time, their website became outdated so they approached V1 Creative for a fully redesigned website. We set them up with a new hosting provider, transferred their domain, and created a brand new modern website complete with all of their specific requirements.

NACC Vending is a Richmond Hill–based vending machine company serving locations across the Greater Toronto Area. The project involved a full website redesign and hosting migration to improve performance, usability, and customer support.

 

We delivered a modern, clean website that clearly presents NACC Vending’s services while introducing a streamlined support experience for end users. A key focus was creating an easy way for customers to submit refund requests directly from vending machines.

We created a dedicated support page with a custom form and paired it with a QR code placed on machines, allowing customers to submit refund requests instantly from their phone.

We started by understanding NACC Vending’s business goals and customer pain points, with a strong focus on improving the refund and support experience. From there, we mapped a clear site structure that prioritized usability, clarity, and fast access to support.

 

The design process focused on a clean, modern layout with straightforward navigation and clear calls-to-action. Once the design was finalized, we handled the hosting migration, built the custom support form, and generated a QR code to seamlessly connect vending machine users directly to the online support page.

 

The final result is a streamlined digital experience that supports both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
